Works great on iPad not on iPhone6

This app works well on my iPad 3s, iPad Air 2s and my iPhone 6 Plus but NOT on iPhone 6. No support threw company to figure it out. Other have complained about this as well. It says its connected but doesnt read shots. Hope they get this fixed soon!
